JOB OVERVIEW

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in OB/GYN
• Mandatory; will consider Truly BE providers.
• Active Michigan Medical License – Mandatory at submission.
• Active DEA Registration – Required.
• Clean Malpractice History – Must provide details.
• NPDB Self-Query Report – Required, should be obtained within the last 30 days and present at the time of submission.
