Job summary

77 consultants is seeking an OB/GYN physician to provide comprehensive prenatal care, vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, including VBAC, within a clinical setting with Cerner EHR support. Clinic hours run Monday to Friday with 24-hour call coverage, treating 6-8 outpatients daily and about 1.5 deliveries per day.

Position begins in August 2026 and ends December 31, 2026. Requires board certification in OB/GYN, active Michigan license, minimum 2 years OB/GYN experience, local candidate

Job Details

Shift Coverage: Monday to Friday, 8 hours dedicated to patient care with up to 6 hours allocated for clinic duties, including night call responsibilities.

Weekend Call: 24‑hour call coverage required.

Duration: Position commences in August, projected to conclude December 31 2026.

Patient Volume: Outpatient load of 6‑8 patients per day with an average of 1.5 deliveries per day.

Support Staff: Collaboration with 2 Nurse Practitioners.

EHR System: Utilization of Cerner.

Clinical Skills and Procedures Required

• Comprehensive prenatal care
• Proficient in vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Experience with vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC)

Shift Description

Clinic hours range from 2 to 4 hours daily, with an additional 24‑hour call coverage (2 hours considered gratis).

On Call Requirements

Night call and 24‑hour call responsibilities, with the first 2 hours considered gratis.
