Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a neonatology specialist for night-shift coverage in Urbana, Illinois. The assignment includes 5 pm to 8 am shifts, up to five per month, with 1-2 nights in a row and occasional weekends/holidays.

Active neonatology environment with 3,000 births annually and on-site NNP support overnight. Competitive compensation with paid malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing, and 24-hour consultant access.

• Average census of approximately 35 patients
• 1 - 2 NNPs onsite overnight for support
• Delivery attendance, line placement, intubation required
• Chest tube placement, lumbar puncture, exchange transfusion required
