About The Position

• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Days, Call
• Must be willing to work 2 weeks per month
• 8 - 12 patients per day in clinic, 1 - 5 new consults per day
• Mix of hematology (50%) cases and oncology (50%) cases
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
