• Holiday coverage -- Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
• 20 patients per day -- extremely high volume facility
• STEMI call coverage included
• Inpatient cases only -- no elective procedures
• Coverage across multiple hospital facilities simultaneously
• Interventional cardiology procedures and STEMI management required
• EKG and echo interpretive services required
