Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare invites a nurse practitioner to a locum tenens opportunity in Mount Pleasant, Texas. The assignment covers inpatient consults during clinic hours, with 8:30 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, and no on-call requirements.

You will see roughly 12–15 patients per day, with about 100 active chemo patients in the caseload. Hospital privileges are required, and Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance plus pre-paid travel and housing, plus 24-hour access to a dedicated

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Texas.
• Experience with inpatient consults or oncology patients preferred.
• Ability to cover 8:30–5:00 Mon-Thu schedule and 12–15 patients/day.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff.
