Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a clinician for outpatient clinic and inpatient gastroenterology coverage. You will perform scheduled procedures, with typical days including 1 clinic day and multiple procedure days per week, and a rotation across providers as needed.

The role may include weekly travel with housing arrangements and credentialing support managed by dedicated teams; no on-call required and comprehensive malpractice coverage is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient clinic and inpatient practice settings.
• Ability to perform upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, PEG as needed.
• No on-call requirement; scheduled procedures only.
• Flexible schedule with potential rotation across providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinic and inpatient gastroenterology procedures.
• Perform 10–14 procedures per day as needed.
• Coordinate housing, travel, credentialing, licensing support for assignments.
• Manage scheduling and time entry via online portal.

• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 9-hour shifts
• Week on/week off schedule preferred
• 1 clinic day and 4 procedure days per week -- flexible
• 10 - 14 procedures performed per day
• Outpatient clinic and inpatient practice setting
• No call required -- scheduled procedures only
• Upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, PEG, and more preferred
• Potential for 2 - 3 providers to rotate -- ongoing coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
