Job summary

CompHealth is seeking GI physicians for travel assignments in Arkansas, including Little Rock. We handle credentialing, travel, housing, malpractice coverage and weekly deposits so you can focus on patient care.

Expect mostly outpatient work with consults, ERCP and endoscopy procedures, plus 24-hour on-call coverage. We support you with a dedicated recruiter and an online portal for assignment details.

Responsibilities

• 24-hour on-call (7 am–7 am, Mon–Mon)
• Mostly outpatient with minimal inpatient need
• Typically 1–5 consults plus ER evaluations and emergent procedures
• General GI and ERCP preferred — no clinic
• General endoscopy, EGD, colonoscopy, and esophageal dilation required
• PEG tube replacement and placement required
• Banding ligation, bleeding control, and foreign body removal required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
