Job summary

77 Consultants is seeking a Family Medicine physician for an outpatient clinic in Michigan. Start is immediate upon credentialing, with an estimated end date March 5, 2027, and potential extension. Schedule runs 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; clinic calls are handled via rotation.

Expect 15 to 20 patient visits daily, mostly adults with some pediatrics. Onsite support includes MAs and receptionist; EMR Cerner is used; imaging available.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Family Medicine is mandatory.
• Active Michigan medical license required or pending.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult outpatient care and some pediatric outpatient care.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting.
• Support clinic operations during scheduled hours and patient flow.

Position Overview

Start Date: Immediate upon credentialing (estimated mid-November) through March 5, 2027, with potential for extension.

Coverage Type: Outpatient services and clinic call.

Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

After-Hours Call: Managed via a rotation system.

Patient Load

Anticipated average of 15 to 20 outpatient visits per day.

Patient Demographics: 90% Adult/Geriatric, 10% Pediatric. Candidates from Internal Medicine or Family Practice are welcome to apply.

Practice Environment and Support

Support Staff Includes:

• Medical Assistants (MAs)
• Receptionist

Onsite Services Provided:

• Point-of-Care (POC) testing

In-house Diagnostic Imaging

Family Medicine Scope:

Compensation and Other Considerations

Rates must encompass malpractice coverage.

Orientation compensated at 50% of the hourly rate.

Hourly compensation structure.

Callback rate applied per hour of direct patient contact.

Credentialing Requirements

Board Certification: Family Medicine is mandatory; Internal Medicine candidates may also be considered.

BLS/ACLS: Certification is required.

State License: Active Michigan license is required; candidates with pending applications for Michigan licensure will also be considered.

Location Preference: Candidates must be local to the area.
