Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks a board-certified Emergency Physician for locum tenens assignments in a hospital ED in South Dakota. Shifts vary 8am–8pm, 12am–12pm, and 8pm–8am, with a minimum 5–7 consecutive shifts per month. Requires ATLS, PALS, ACLS, and BLS and comfort delivering babies in the ED.

Housing is provided, malpractice insurance is paid, and travel expenses are prepaid. You’ll have 24/7 Weatherby consultant access and join a national locum-tenens leader.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine.
• ATLS, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
• Comfortable delivering babies in the ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide ED coverage in a hospital setting.
• Work shifts that vary (8am–8pm, 12am–12pm, 8pm–8am).
• Collaborate with ED team to deliver quality patient care.
