Job summary

CompHealth, a premier staffing agency, partners with emergency facilities to staff physicians and advanced practitioners. This position is within a non-trauma ED requiring 3–5 years post-residency and full-spectrum stabilization skills. The role features 4–6 shifts per month (mostly nights), 12-hour shifts, and on-site APP support.

• 4 - 6 shifts per month -- primarily nights, 12-hour shifts
• MD shifts: 8 am - 8 pm and 8 pm - 8 am
• Approx 30 - 40 patients per 24 hours
• APP support on-site 12 pm - 10 pm
• Non-trauma emergency facility
• 3 - 5 years post-residency experience required

• Annual ED volume of 14,000 visits
