Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks a Locum Tenens Physician Assistant in cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery in Minnesota. The assignment includes OR, rounding, and clinic duties within the CT surgery discipline, with a rotating or 7 on/7 off schedule and guaranteed 40 hours per week.

The role requires robotic-assisted lung surgery experience and ACLS certification, with call and weekend coverage. Saint Paul, MN serves as the location, and housing and travel support are included through Weatherby.

Qualifications

• Locum Tenens PA with cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgery exposure.
• ACLS certification required.
• Robotic-assisted lung surgery experience required.
• Experience with CABG/valve procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• OR, rounding, and clinic duties within the CT surgery discipline.
• Perform coronary bypass, valve repair/replacement, and thoracic procedures as assigned.
• Includes call and weekend call coverage.
