Minimum Requirements:

1. Must have active state license
2. Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) required
3. Weekdays, Days, 12-hour shifts
4. ACLS certification required
5. 2 - 8 patients per day
6. Experience with general anesthesia, regional, healthy pediatrics, epidural/spinal for OB, ortho, vascular, general surgery
7. Credentialing needed
8. DEA license needed
