Job summary

Aya Locums is seeking a Locum Optometrist in California to cover a temporary assignment. This opportunity offers up to $140 per hour and involves standard 8-hour shifts across a 26-week period.

Start date is 11/2/2026 with responsibilities including comprehensive eye exams, glaucoma and macular condition management, and prescribing lenses. Prior clinical experience and CA licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited optometry school.

• At least 1 year of clinical optometry experience preferred.
