Requirements include Associate-level NP/PA education, NP/PA board certification, urgent care or primary care experience, and proficiency with Epic EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for urgent care patients
• Perform physical examinations and obtain detailed patient histories
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging
• Prescribe medications and treatments per clinical guidelines
• Manage minor injuries and acute episodic conditions
• Perform minor procedures such as suturing and wound care
• Document patient encounters accurately in EMR
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients on treatment plans, prevention, and follow-up care
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

As a Locum NP or PA, you will deliver timely evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting with a wide range of acute and episodic conditions. You will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and positive clinical outcomes. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for urgent care patients

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9a-8p), weekends (9a-5p or 9a-6p)

Daily Volume: 25-20 patients

Must be board-certified
