Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Neurology Physician for locum tenens in a hospital setting in Indiana. The role requires board eligibility/certification, Indiana license, and ACLS/BLS, with 24/7 call coverage during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities include thrombolytic therapy for stroke, EEG/EMG, spinal and epidural blocks, brain death exams, lumbar punctures, and subdural taps. Travel, lodging, and transportation are coordinated by the team; malpractice insurance is provided.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Certified in Neurology.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Indiana medical license is required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is required.
• Locum tenens availability with hospital setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 call coverage during scheduled shifts.
• Manage cases requiring specialized skills: thrombolytic therapy for stroke, EEG, EMG, spinal/epidural blocks, brain death exams, lumbar punctures, subdural taps.
• Practice in a hospital environment.
• Credentialing within 60–90 days.
