CompHealth in California seeks an Interventional Nephrologist for a high-acuity, outpatient-centered practice. The position includes 6–12 vascular access procedures daily, hospital rounding, and on-call duties that are light and primarily phone-managed.

We arrange complimentary housing and travel, comprehensive malpractice coverage, and offer a weekly pay deposit. Rates from $175 to $225 hourly reflect base pay plus earnings, with a favorable 70/30 interventional split.

Responsibilities

• 6 - 12 vascular access procedures per day
• 30 outpatient visits per day plus hospital rounding
• Hospital census of 15 - 25 patients when on call
• Call is mostly phone-managed — light call burden
• Interventional nephrologist — 70/30 interventional vs. general split
• Fistulagrams, angioplasty, and catheter placement required
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
