Job summary

Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a versatile, highly-skilled Licensed Veterinary Technician for a locum role that blends relief flexibility with full-time pay and benefits.

You will rotate across 4-6 hospitals in the greater Seattle area, focusing on anesthetic, surgical, and dental cases, with each hospital offering its own culture and team dynamics. Candidates with 3+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in veterinary technology.
• Active LVT license in good standing.
• Ability to rotate across multiple hospitals and adapt to different teams.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across 4-6 hospitals in the greater Seattle area.
• Assist with anesthesia induction and monitoring, surgical and dental procedures.
• Handle patient care, restraints, and blood draws; IV catheter placement as needed.
• Provide client education and communication; support multiple teams.

Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a versatile,highly-skilled Licensed Veterinary Technician for a locum role that combines the flexibility of relief work with the stability and benefits of a full-time position.

In this role, you’ll rotate across 4-6 hospitals in the greater Seattle area, with a strong focus on anesthetic, surgical, and dental cases. Each hospital offers its own unique culture, caseload, and team dynamics—giving you the chance to collaborate with different teams, care for a variety of patients, and continue growing your skills.

This position is perfect for LVTs who love variety, enjoy connecting with clients and pets, and want the consistency of full-time pay, PTO, and benefits—all while building relationships in a supportive, people-first company culture.

Candidates who have 3+ years of experience with the skills below are encouraged to apply!
