Western Veterinary Partners invites an Associate Veterinarian to join our Bellingham, WA hospital on a part-time or full-time basis. We offer a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and a wide spectrum of care including integrative medicine, surgery, acupuncture, rehab, and advanced diagnostics.

Location: Bellingham, WA– Bellingham is the City of Subdued Excitement, known for its range of outdoor activities in the woods, the snow, and the water. We are also well stocked with breweries, delicious food, a bustling downtown Farmer’s Market on Saturdays, and lots of places to see live music, comedy, and theater. We have the feel of a bigger city but we’ve packaged it into a smaller town package. For those larger events you are looking at, Seattle an/or Vancouver, BC are only a couple of hours drive south or north along I-5.
The hospital itself is located about 10 miles outside of the city limits. On clear days, we have a great view of Mount Baker from our parking lot. There are food options close by and a spot to go to the Nooksack River to get away at lunch time and read a book.

By offering such a wide spectrum of care, we make sure each patient has a treatment plan specific to their circumstances. Our doctors aren’t production based, so they are freed to consult and work with each other for each patient, which also allows for mentoring from well-established veterinarians to newer grads.
Our staff ranges across all ages and backgrounds and genuinely enjoy working with each to the point of hanging out together after work hours! We have monthly meetings to go over new topics and they enjoy teaching and learning from one another.
We are looking for a veterinarian that can look at patients as individuals, embrace the spectrum of care, and bring new ideas and methods to our array of services. We are willing to work with you on a work schedule that works for everyone.

The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary for this opportunity starts at $120,000+ annually. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
