Job summary

Locum Tenens assignment for an Interventional Cardiologist in Kentucky. The clinician will provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage on a 24-hour STEMI call basis, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM and additional clinic duties on Mon, Wed, and Fri from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required. Clinicians should arrive one day prior to the first assignment block for orientation and will work on-site with ongoing inpatient care and elective

Qualifications

• Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required.
• Inpatient interventional cardiology coverage with 24-hour STEMI call.
• Clinic coverage schedule as described (Mon/Wed/Fri 10:00–4:30).

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage on a 24-hour STEMI call basis.
• Perform procedures and inpatient consult rounds as assigned.
• Clinic coverage on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 to 16:30; be on call during clinic hours.
