Job summary

Aya Locums has an immediate opening for a locum Internal Medicine physician in Aiken, SC. Compensation is $115–$130 per hour.

Start Date: 01-04-27; Length: 13 weeks. Schedule features standard 5, 8-Hour shifts from 08:00 to 05:00, in an outpatient clinic setting.

Qualifications include MD/DO, ABIM or AOA board certification in internal medicine, SC license, ACLS, and at least 1 year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• ABIM or AOA board certification in internal medicine.
• Active SC medical license and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat and manage adult medical conditions in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Perform physical exams, order/interpret tests and document findings.
• Administer treatments, educate patients and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely follow-up.
