Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, SC is recruiting a BC/BE Internal Medicine & Infectious Disease physician. This position will include outpatient primary care and infectious disease inpatient consults.

There is a balanced 50% infectious disease care and 50% internal medicine/primary care mix, with a collegial team and Cerner EMR. Teaching through the IM residency program is a plus, and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• BC/BE Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to team-based care and outpatient practice

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient internal medicine and infectious disease inpatient consults
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of infectious diseases and IM conditions
• Deliver preventative care, well visits, and health education
