Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Physician to provide locum Gastroenterology coverage in California. The assignment runs through December 2026 with a 24-hour call schedule and inpatient/emergency GI duties.

Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology is required, along with a California medical license, ACLS, and DEA registration. ERCP experience is preferred but not mandatory; privileges at an accredited hospital will be provided.

• GI Fellowship completed or in progress.
• California medical license required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
• DEA registration must be active.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage for inpatient and emergency GI duties.
• Perform all standard GI procedures; ERCP experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Maintain hospital privileges; temporary/emergency privileges may be arranged for 120 days.
• Coverage through December 2026 with potential dates in January to be determined.
