Job summary
LocumTenens.com is seeking a Board-C certified Gastroenterologist for on-site coverage in California. The role involves 24/7 GI ED call support with procedures including ERCP, dilation, sphincterotomy, stent placement, endoscopy and colonoscopy, plus biopsies and Bravo studies.
Must join with appropriate credentialing and work with nursing and endoscopy staff. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with ERCP and other advanced GI procedures, want ongoing locum assignments, and enjoy
Qualifications
- Board certification in gastroenterology is required.
- Experience performing ERCP and advanced endoscopy procedures is required.
- Ability to provide 24/7 GI ED call coverage on site.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 GI ED call coverage with GI consults.
- Perform ERCP, endoscopy, colonoscopy, dilation and related procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses and endoscopy technicians during coverage periods.
