Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks an on-site Locum Tenens General Surgeon in Anderson, IN. The assignment includes inpatient rounding and call coverage with weekend on-call shifts from Thursday 7 pm to Monday 7 am (or every other weekend). Expect about 8 patients per shift and ~3 phone consults in a 24-hour period.

Chest tube and central line insertion are required, and experience with Epic EMR is preferred to ensure smooth workflow and documentation.

Qualifications

• Trauma surgery experience required.
• Chest tube and central line insertion required.
• EMR: Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities
