Aya Locums is seeking a General Dentist for a locum assignment in Cypress, TX. The position runs for two weeks with a start date of 12-29-26 and pay between $100 and $125 per hour. The role demands comprehensive dental care in an out-patient clinic with standard 9-hour shifts.

Ideal candidates hold a DDS or DMD, active Texas licensure, and a current BLS certification. Prior dental practice experience is preferred; full credentialing and travel support are provided.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Texas dental license.

• Experience in a dental practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and diagnose dental conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown and bridge work.
• Provide preventive dental care, such as cleanings and oral hygiene education.
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete dental records.
