Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. locum dentists: flexible short- and long-term assignments across multiple markets. Earn $1,200 per day plus production upside, with travel expenses covered for eligible assignments. Practitioners choose assignments that fit their schedule and career goals.

Responsibilities include conducting examinations, educating patients, leading teams, and maintaining records. Licensure in the US with CPR/DEA; sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term oral health.
• Lead your team, dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, attend seminars, and pursue ongoing education to provide the latest and best treatments.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
