Job summary

77 consultants seeks an Associate-level Gastroenterologist for a contract, on-site role in Winston-Salem, NC. The physician will evaluate and treat GI conditions, perform endoscopic procedures, and coordinate comprehensive care in a collaborative setting.

Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology is required along with an active NC license. The schedule is Mon-Fri with no on-call, and a travel–expense reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology.
• Valid NC medical license.
• Associate-level experience in gastroenterology clinical practice.
• Proficiency in performing endoscopic procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with GI conditions.
• Perform upper endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and biopsies.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Provide consultations for inpatient and outpatient GI cases.
