Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services seeks a Gastro Hospitalist to lead inpatient GI care across two hospitals. The role includes performing Upper GI endoscopy, ERCP, colonoscopy and esophageal procedures, with about five patients per shift and weekday coverage.

You will ensure 8-hour daily shifts with a minimum of 14 shifts per month, delivering high-quality care while coordinating with hospital teams and pursuing occasional outpatient procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in performing GI endoscopic procedures.
• Strong clinical decision-making for inpatient gastroenterology care.
• Experience managing hospital-based gastroenterology cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform Upper GI endoscopy, ERCP, colonoscopy and esophageal procedures.
