gobravvo is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO, ABEM) to join a Level II Trauma Center in Harlingen, Texas on a locum tenens, contract basis. The role supports cross-credentialing across nearby EDs, with Cerner EMR and comprehensive malpractice coverage.

You will work in a high-volume, collaborative environment with APPs and subspecialists, and have access to a broad subspecialty support network across cardiology, neurology, OB/GYN, and gastroenterology.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO degree with completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM).
• Current ATLS and PALS certifications for board-eligible candidates.
• Active, unrestricted Texas medical license required prior to presentation.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a broad range of emergency cases.
• Stabilize and manage patients with acute illnesses or traumatic injuries.
• Collaborate with APPs and subspecialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in cross-credentialing at additional emergency medicine facilities as needed.
• Adhere to all hospital and regulatory credentialing and compliance requirements.
