Job summary

Palm Careers seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensed in Illinois for immediate, full‑time permanent support near Bloomington. Work with a busy trauma team in a Level II center, covering nights and weekends with possible 5–7 shift blocks.

Start immediately upon credentialing; minimum 13 weeks to begin. Requirements include ACLS, BLS, and PALS, with ER procedural experience and census around 80–85 patients daily.

Qualifications

• Illinois licensed to practice as an Emergency Medicine PA or NP.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications required.
• Proven ER procedural experience and trauma center work.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department coverage at a Level II trauma center.
• Cover night and weekend shifts; blocks of 5–7 shifts possible.
• Collaborate with physicians and APP team for patient care.
• Start immediately upon credentialing; ongoing assignment minimum 13 weeks.

We all hiring immediately a LOCUM TENEN Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner that is Illinois Licensed for an immediate need near Bloomington, Illinois. Come and join our Level II Trauma Center that is a very busy location and work some outstanding physicians and wonderful APP team as we looking for full time perm support.

Start Date: Immediate Upon Credentialed

End Date: Minimum of 13 weeks to begin

Shifts: Nights and Weekends are needed, and can be blocked together in 5-7 shifts at a time

Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALs, Illinois Licensed

Census: 80 – 85 patients daily

Procedures: ER Standard procedural experience
