GHR Healthcare is seeking a Doctor of Medicine with Emergency Medicine expertise for a locum tenens assignment in Hermitage, Tennessee, near Nashville. The position runs for 12 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $6,390 to $7,570 and an ASAP start date.

Candidates must have ABEM certification and at least 1 year of EM experience to provide fast, compassionate care in a busy ED, collaborating with the care team and documenting findings throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• MD with ABEM board certification and 1 year EM experience
• Active credentials for emergency department practice
• Ability to deliver fast, compassionate care in a busy ED
• Current qualifications appropriate for EM practice

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent/emergent patients
• Take histories, perform exams, and develop treatment plans
• Manage diverse EM cases prioritizing patient safety
• Collaborate with nursing, ancillary and specialty teams
• Document findings, diagnoses, treatments, and dispositions
• Provide clear communication to patients and families
