Job summary

LocumTenens.com is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician for 12-hour day and night shifts across three freestanding emergency departments in Laredo, Texas. The assignment is on-site with no call responsibilities and board certification in emergency medicine required.

The clinician will evaluate and manage ED presentations for all ages at a Level III Trauma Center, working with APPs and on-site imaging and specialty support during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Board certification in emergency medicine is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ED coverage across 3 freestanding EDs in Laredo, TX, working 12-hour shifts on-site.
• Evaluate and manage all age groups in ED presentations, including high-acuity trauma and emergencies.
• Collaborate with APPs and receive on-site diagnostic and specialty support with no call responsibilities.
