This facility is seeking Dentistry locum tenens support to fill a current need.

Requirements & Details:

1. Schedule: 2 weeks in May
2. Patients Per Day: [Information missing]
3. Types of Cases: 95% adult patients. Single doctor practice. Dental Assistants: 2, Hygienists: 2. Strong, hardworking, and fun team! Procedures include all aspects of general dentistry, including endo and implant placement.
4. Licensing & Certification: Illinois state license and DEA certificate required.
5. EMR System: Dentrix
