Job description

GENERAL DENTIST Location: Lancaster, PA

Dates Needed: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday throughout the year of 2025
Pay: Daily rate based on experience! Paid as a 1099, malpractice insurance is covered at no cost to the dental professional! Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit!

Skills:

  • Diagnoses ailments and abnormalities of gums, teeth and mouth and provides appropriate treatments and drug prescriptions
  • Locates and repairs cavities, prepares and fits dental crowns and performs appropriate procedures for molding, capping and recapping teeth
  • Maintains dental histories and charts on patients
  • Recommends correction of complex dental treatments through counseling and referrals
  • Guides and counsels patients on preventive dental care
  • Provide direct dental treatment which includes the provision of care within all fields of dentistry, including urgency care, operative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, prevention and pediatrics
  • Conduct examinations, diagnoses and treatment are required
  • You will also be responsible for the maintenance of accurate diagnoses, consent and treatment records
  • Evaluates those patients needing or applying for dental care and makes whatever recommendations deemed clinically appropriate
  • May direct the work of staff employees in an office environment

Qualifications:

  • A Doctor of Dental Surgery or a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an American Dental Association accredited college or university
  • Active license as a Dentist, as required by State Board
  • Additional licensing, certifications, and credentials as required
