Job summary

Palm Careers is seeking experienced cardiothoracic critical care NPs and PAs for a 4–6 month contract in Pennsylvania, about an hour from Philadelphia. Opportunity to extend.

Candidates must have active PA licensure and strong experience with VA/VV ECMO, Impella, LVAD, and transplant care. Shifts are 3:12s weekly (days/nights/weekends) with an hourly rate of $110–$130, and travel, housing, rental car, and malpractice coverage provided.

Qualifications

• Experienced in caring for critically ill cardiothoracic patients.
• Active Pennsylvania license required.
• Procedural experience with VA/VV ECMO, Impella, LVAD and transplant care.
• Willing to work 3:12s weekly (days, nights, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care for cardiothoracic ICU patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases.
• Document care and participate in rounds and handoffs.

We are hiring experienced cardiothoracic critical care nurse practitioners and physician assistants in Pennsylvania for 4-6 month contract (likely longer) with a prestigious health system about an hour outside of Philadelphia, PA!!

Candidate must be experienced in caring for critically ill cardiothoracic patients! Skills: VA/VV ECMO, Impellas, LVAD and Transplant patient care and procedural experience!!

Candidates must have an active Pennsylvania License!

The candidate will work 3:12s weekly, days nights weekends.

Hourly Rate $110-130 per hour, Paid Travel, Housing, Rental Car/Mileage, Paid Mal Practice and MUCH MORE!
