Job summary

Palm Health Resources is recruiting Locum CRNAs for a flexible float pool across multiple community hospitals in central Pennsylvania, near State College. This role offers light volume, flexible scheduling, and a mix of independent and team-based practice environments.

Start ASAP for 6 months with extension potential; Schedule is 2–3 shifts per week with no call. Competitive 1099 rates, with travel, lodging, and credentialing support provided.

Qualifications

• NBCRNA certification is required.
• Active Pennsylvania license is required (no licensing support).
• BLS and ACLS required.
• 2+ years experience or 1+ year independent practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide CRNA services in hospital settings within a light-volume, flexible float pool.
• Participate in both independent and team-based practice environments as needed.
• Engage in cases including General surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Endoscopy, GYN, Plastics and light pediatrics with pediatric support.

Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting Locum CRNAs for a flexible float pool opportunity across multiple community hospitals in central Pennsylvania. This is an excellent option for providers seeking light volume, flexible scheduling, and a mix of independent and team-based practice environments.

Assignment Overview

• Start: ASAP


• Duration: 6 months initially (extension potential)


• Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week (PRN ongoing need)

  • Hospital 1: Monday–Friday, 6:45a–3:30p
  
  
  • Hospital 2: Monday–Thursday, 7:00a–5:00p
  
  
  
  


• Call: None


• Setting: Hospital (critical access + community hospital mix)


• EMR: Cerner


• Credentialing: 1–2 week temps available for clean files

Clinical Scope & Environment

• Low daily volume: ~3–5 cases/day (up to <20 depending on site)
  
  
  
  • Mixed practice model:Tyrone: Solo / independent (non-medically directed)
  
  
  • Huntingdon: Care team model with anesthesiologist support
  
  
  
  

Case Mix Includes:

Requirements

Compensation
