Job Title : Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Job Specialty : Anesthesia Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days, Monday-Friday - Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week, unless the provider requests time off Experience : Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; however, interest should be noted. Gastrointestinal interest is strongly preferred, with the schedule for this specialty being Monday-Thursday (4x10-hour shifts). License : Active Colorado License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Certifications : NBCRNA, BLS Must-Have : COVID vaccination, clean malpractice / background, disclosure of years of Epic experience and the last time Epic was used Job Description :

• Emergency privileges available with a short turnaround for credentialing, especially needing coverage for April / May.
• Includes a team care model with a general practice comprising 80% general cases, and 10% each of complex vascular and orthopedic cases.
• Locums will work at satellite locations, closely located nearby.
• Supervision is usually 1 : 2 or 1 : 3.
• Involves working in a hospital environment with 11 anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs in the group.
• Must perform required general anesthesia procedures for adults, with preferred experience in spinal anesthesia, neurosurgical cases (spine), and complex vascular and orthopedic cases.
• Hospital-based setting handling an average of 25 surgical cases per day.
• Orientation includes a mandatory tour, badge pickup, Epic training, and shadowing experiences.
• Use of GE Carestation 650s operating room equipment and EPIC electronic medical records.
• Emergency credentialing / privileging is approved, facilitating a quick start based on each individual's case history. Please note that all candidates must meet the specified rate cap without any travel inclusions.
