Bellevue, OH CRNA Locum Tenens Opportunity

Rhino Medical is seeking Ohio licensed CRNAs available for ongoing coverage at a small hospital in Bellevue, OH.

Opportunity Specifics:

• Assignment Type: Locum Tenens

• Setting: Small Hospital

• Practice: Some Supervision

• Dates: Asap - Ongoing

• Schedule: 2 weeks on / 1 week off

  • 7 am – 3 pm Monday through Friday

  • OB Call 3 pm – 7 am every night while working

• Number of providers during the day: 2

Cases:

• Endo, OB, Uro, and General

• Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Job Description:

• Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department

• Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures

• Pre-anesthesia assessment

• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent

• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient

• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition

• Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Active Ohio License

• Graduate of an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education

• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

• Certifications: BLS & ACLS
