Job summary

Locums seeks an experienced Anesthesiologist for an assignment at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Hanover, PA. The role covers Mondayriday, 7:00am:30pm with a 30-minute lunch, no cardiac or obstetric cases, and high ortho case volume with blocks.

You're supported by CRNAs, care for all ages, and use Epic for documentation. Assignment dates are 11/30/2026 to 03/31/2027, with medical malpractice insurance provided and weekly payroll.

Responsibilities

• Practice setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm (30-minute lunch)
• Coverage: 2–3 weeks per month, Mon–Fri
• Support staff: CRNAs
• Patient population: All ages; rarely under 1 year for ENT tubes/tonsils
• Department: Mix of medical direction and doing own cases
• Case types: Outpatient across specialties; no cardiac or OB
• High volume of ortho cases with blocks
• EMR: Epic
