Confidential Georgetown, TX facility seeks locum tenens anesthesiologist for day shifts in an operating room under physician supervision. 75% hands-on MD involvement with a physician supervision model.

ASAP ongoing coverage with call responsibility from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays. Epidurals are managed by CRNAs on-site, and OR calls are responded to by physicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Board Certification required.
• Prescriptive Authority required.
• 75% hands-on MD; physician supervision model.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services during day shifts in an operating room under physician supervision.
• Call coverage required with home call from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays.
• CRNAs cover epidurals in-house; physicians respond for OR call.
• Post-call clinician is designated first out and often not required for cases.
