• Board Certification or Fellowship required.
• Cardiac capability required; no TEE/fellowship needed.
• Must be willing to obtain state license.
• Credentialing typically within 90 days.
• MDs supervise CRNAs; MD:CRNA ratio 1:4.
• Shifts include 8h, 10h, 24h; day shifts, on-call night/weekends/holidays.
