Job Description:

Must have active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance

This position is contingent upon contract award

Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, modify, and open a variety of locking mechanisms, doors, and door hardware.
  • Repair, test, install, and perform minor modifications to locking devices, including combination locks.
  • Manufacture and duplicate keys; key and coordinate locking mechanisms.
  • Perform full repair cycle: locate trouble, disassemble, repair, clean, reassemble, and reinstall locking devices and bolts.
  • Modify keys and combination locks, latches, safes, and vaults when security is compromised.
  • Create new keys from duplicates, impressions, and key codes.
  • Maintain tools and manage stock levels of parts, materials, and equipment.
  • Plan and execute work based on blueprints, sketches, specifications, and work orders.
  • Follow safety and security practices, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Perform additional duties such as general facility maintenance, carpet repairs, and general labor as assigned.
