Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required and completion of a four-year apprenticeship program.
• Five years journeyman experience; four years’ trainee substitution allowed for apprenticeship completion.
• Experience with standard trade-related procedures and industrial locksmithing.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and advanced locksmith procedures including high security key systems and master key maintenance.
• Repair, rekey and install locks, electrified hardware and access control devices.
• Train journeymen and zone maintenance technicians; provide leadership and guidance.
