Please visit to see our full list of benefits!**Job Description:**Under the direction of the Facilities Shift Supervisor, the incumbent functions as a working leader to coordinate the tasks, activities, supplies and equipment of locksmiths.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.* Must adhere to Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.* Installs, repairs, rebuilds and services mechanical, electrical or computerized locking devices.* Disassembles locks and repairs or replaces worn tumblers, springs and other parts.* Performs required and preventive maintenance on card "swipe" locks.* Inserts new or repaired tumblers into lock to change combination.* Cuts new or duplicate keys and key cards; generates master for key cards.* Moves lockpick in cylinder to open door locks without keys; opens safe locks by drilling. Prepares work schedule and payroll; processes Leave requests; maintains and submits records as appropriate.* Maintains records and logs of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s locks and corresponding keys for key control system.* Interacts with Tribal Gaming Commission and Security department to ensure integrity of security system.* Monitors and maintains inventory of cut keys, blanks and locks; generates requisitions for replenishment as necessary.* Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.* Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.* Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.**Qualifications:**High School diploma or technical certificate required as well as a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of related experience and 1 year of casino experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.**Work Environment:*** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
