Completes hospital rounds to identify and resolve regulatory compliance deficiencies. Responsible for mechanical repairs of hospital physical structure and equipment, and other minor duties as assigned related to electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance needs.1. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson Revised Job Description 2. Assists with the performance of urgent, corrective, routine, preventative, and requisitioned repairs of electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment and systems as directed by senior-level staff or supervisor.3. Maintains routine records of all inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs performed on any equipment or system. 4. Make scheduled rounds of building areas, including the inspection of all lighting fixtures to assure proper function, to identify and resolve regulatory compliance deficiencies. 5.
