Conditions. Workplace Diversity, LLC. is seeking a Locksmith to perform a full range of locksmith services including installation, maintenance, and repair of locking systems. This role demands compliance with safety and accessibility standards while providing top-tier service to clients.

Facilities Maintenance Operations (FMO) offers building & landscape maintenance, and custodial services to Harvard faculty and departments on a fee-for-service basis. All services are provided in strict accordance with customer-determined standards. As such, FMO operates as an in-house alternative to contractor services and therefore must manage itself under the same principles that guide any successful maintenance service business.
The Locksmith is responsible for performing a full range of locksmith services, including installation, maintenance, repair, and modification of mechanical and electronic locking systems. This role also involves the design and management of complex master key systems and ensuring compliance with safety and accessibility standards.
This position has been determined by school or unit leaders that all duties and responsibilities must be performed at a Harvard or Harvard‑designated location. Certain visa types may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
