Job summary

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Work Control Coordinator (LOTO) to support the Savannah River Site on a multi-year construction project involving civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and site infrastructure work.

The role focuses on coordinating LOTO activities, developing plans, verifying energy sources and boundaries, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and site procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of LOTO, work control, or related industrial experience.
• Experience developing or coordinating LOTO/isolation activities.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and work packages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and hazardous energy control activities.
• Develop, review, and coordinate LOTO plans and isolation boundaries.
• Verify energy sources, isolation points, and protective measures prior to implementation.
• Coordinate LOTO requirements with Construction, Work Control, Engineering, Safety, Testing, and other teams.
• Perform field walkdowns to verify equipment identification, isolation points, and boundaries.
• Maintain LOTO logs, permits, isolation documentation, and status records.
• Support work package development by identifying isolations and hazardous energy controls.
