Position Summary

Imperial Golf Club is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Locker Room Attendant to provide exceptional service to our members and guests. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked locker room while providing beverage and snack service, golf shoe care, and assistance with member requests.

The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys providing personalized service in a private club setting.

• Provide professional, courteous, and attentive service to members and guests.
• Serve and restock beverages and snacks, including coffee, iced tea, Arnold Palmers, and other Club offerings.
• Provide golf shoe care, including cleaning, polishing, and changing spikes as needed.
• Maintain locker room areas in a clean, organized, and presentable condition throughout the shift.
• Clean and maintain floors, mirrors, restrooms, tables, chairs, counters, and other locker room areas.
• Maintain an adequate supply of clean, folded towels and replenish throughout the day.
• Stock and maintain toiletries, personal hygiene products, paper products, beverages, snacks, and other locker room supplies.
• Complete supply requisitions and assist with maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Assist members with questions, requests, and other needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Report maintenance, safety, equipment, or supply concerns to management.
• Assist with training new employees as requested.
• Follow Imperial Golf Club grooming, conduct, safety, and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, coworkers, and management.
• Previous private club, hospitality, golf, locker room, or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage service and golf shoe care preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on Club operations.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift and carry beverage trays, supplies, tables, chairs, and other items associated with the position.
• Regular use of cleaning products and chemicals.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
