Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member at our Northbrook club to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and support member satisfaction. You will be responsible for regular cleaning, towel production, and locker room upkeep, ensuring Life Time standards are met.

You will also assist members with questions about Life Time products and services, while handling daily maintenance tasks in a full‑time, on‑site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels and ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensure locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals are used within the department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
